Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training Course

Registration

Registration for the course is conditional on filling out a complete registration form, attending a course acceptance interview and paying a registration fee of 500 NIS after the course acceptance interview. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the course by the organizers. The full tuition or full payment arrangement will be arranged up to 30 days before the start of the course. Final approval for participation will be given only after payment has been arranged or a signed commitment to an approved payment track. A participant who has not arranged payment by this date and has not received exceptional approval from the association to reserve a place will not be able to participate in the course, and the association reserves the right to transfer his place to a candidate from the waiting list.

Payment methods and terms:

Tuition will be paid according to the following terms: Payment can be spread over several installments (up to 5 installments and/or up to the last month of the course, whichever is less) All payments will be made via bank transfer, credit card, or an agreed digital payment method. A participant who does not settle the full payment by the specified date will not be allowed to participate in the sessions. Final approval for participation in the course will only be given after the payment process is completed or a full commitment to the arrangement has been made.

Cancellation by the participant:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the course: A full refund of the tuition paid, minus the registration fee, will be given.

Cancellation between 14-30 days before the start of the course: A refund of 70% of the tuition paid will be given. Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the course or after its start: No refund of any kind will be given.

The association reserves the right to consider a partial refund in the event of exceptional medical circumstances, with accompanying documents and approval from the course and association management only.

Cancellation by the organizers:

In the event of cancellation of the course by the organizers – the full amount paid, including the registration fee, will be refunded. No additional compensation will be given for cancellation or postponement of the course for any reason.

Transfer of entitlement:

Registration or eligibility to participate in the course may not be transferred to another person without written permission from the course administrators.
